About The Role:
A Magento Developer is responsible for designing and developing robust and beautiful solutions for our clients leveraging the Magneto 2 platform. Digilynx specializes in complex digital commerce ecosystems, and this role requires a deep understanding of the Magento platform and the solutions around it. You must be excellent in fundamental ecommerce concepts like catalog, cart, payments, shipping, tax, integrations, etc.
Job description
- Demonstrable knowledge of API integration, Payment Gateway, Shipping, etc.
- Full understanding of the Magneto themes and templating systems.
- Strong understanding of Performance Tuning, Browser Compatibility, SEO Practices, and Version Control.
- Skilled in Linux, Apache, MySQL, Postgres
- Knowledge of PHP development framework(s)
- Experience in Object-oriented development
- Experience working with Git and DevOps process
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality products under tight deadlines.
- PHP object-oriented programming
- Extensive experience customizing the backend of the Magento2 platform
- Knowledge of Magento and PHP best practices
- Experience with Git version control
- Multi-store e-commerce implementations are plus
- Comfort working with Linux-based systems
- Passionate about technology with sharp attention to detail
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’/Master’s degree in IT/CS
- 2 to 4 Years of experience
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
Qualifucatuions
Bachelors/Masters Degree in a relevant field.
